DELIVERY:
All items are delivered within 3 working days.
Delivery can be anytime between 7:00AM- 9:00PM and a signature may be required upon receipt.
The cost of UK Standard Delivery is £4.00 and your order will be sent out via the most suitable courier, depending on size and weight.
Order tracking is not available for Royal Mail deliveries therefore please wait the full 3 working days for your delivery to arrive. We will advise you if your order is being dispatched via Royal Mail.
If you are out when your delivery arrives the courier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
RETURNS:
Returns are valid within 14 days of receipt of item for either full refund or exchange of variant.
Please ensure the product is unused, complete and safely wrapped in its original packaging and that any security tags are still intact
Please note, Items that are not adequately packaged and labelled will not be accepted through any of our returns routes.
Please note, Items remain the customers responsibility until returned to warehouse. Please ensure you package items carefully to prevent any damage to the items/boxes.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
We recommend you obtain proof of posting.
